IBPS Clerk 2019 exam is conducted online across India for selecting clerical cadre in 19 Public Sector Banks. The selection of candidates is done on the basis of the prelims and mains exam. A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (2), (3), (4) & (5) and have certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.
Knowledge of Computer - Must have knowledge of operating and working computer.
Candidates must have a certificate/diploma/degree in computer operations/language/ should have studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects in the high school/college/institute.
Knowledge of official and local language - Must have proficiency in the official language of the state/UT.

Candidates belonging to reserved category will be provided age relaxation while applying for IBPS Clerk 2019. To seek age relaxation prescribed in IBPS Clerk eligibility criteria 2019, candidates will need to submit the necessary certificate in original or copies at the time of joining and at any subsequent stage of the recruitment process as required by IBPS/ Participating Organisation(s).
