Yes, you are eligible to fill the application form of NDA if you have passed your class 12 or are appearing for it.
If these are your marks scored in class 12 examination, then you can go for technical entry scheme in which Indian Army releases the merit list regarding cutoff of students. These students do not have to appear for the NDA written exam . They can just appear for the SSB interview.
TES does not apply to Air Force . Also,the cutoff for TES (Technical Entry Scheme) is high (above 85% ) as the applicants are many and seats are less for TES.

NDA 2020: The candidates possessing age between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2004 are eligible for the examination. The minimum age limit to be eligible for NDA is 16.5 years
If the candidate bears the age before 2nd January 2002 and after 1st January 2005, they are not allowed to appear the exam.

In which you have to complete 12 year of education which is applicable on 10th and 12th that there must a 2 years of education between 10th board and 12 th board so don't try to jump the class and study according to the year.
