ESIC 2019 - Employees’ State Insurance Corporation of India (ESIC) will release the notification and application form of ESIC tentatively in September 2019 for the post of Social Security Officer (SSO)/Manager Gr-II/Superintendent. ESIC 2019 will be held in three phases - prelims, mains, and computer skill test & descriptive test. Candidates who are between 21 to 27 years of age and have a graduation degree and in any discipline are eligible to apply for ESIC 2019.
ESIC 2019 has released the application form for the post of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) and Stenographer on March 16 in online mode. Candidates can fill up the form till April 15, 2019.
The total number of vacancies keep on changing every year as per the requirement. However, for the year 2018, the exam authority had announced as many as 539 vacancies for Social Security Officer (SSO)/Manager Gr-II/Superintendent post.

ESIC eligibility criteria is prescribed by the exam conducting body. The eligibility criteria is based on age and educational qualification. Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
ESIC Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Age
Candidates whose minimum age is 21 years and maximum is 27 years are eligibile to apply for ESIC.Also, candidates belonging to OBC, SC, and ST category are given upper age relaxation to apply for the exam. Check the table below to know the age relaxation given to the candidates.

Candidates who have completed their graduation or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university/institute by the Government of India can apply for ESIC 2019.
Candidates must also have computer knowledge in order to apply for the exam.
The application form of ESIC will be released by exam conducting body tentatively in September 2019 in online mode. In order to apply for the exam, candidates are required to complete all the stages of the application procedure - registration, filling up of details, upload scanned photograph, signature, payment of the application fee and final submission. Candidates must go through the following steps to fill ESIC application form 2019.
Registration: All the eligible candidates are required to register by entering their email ID, contact number and full name. After registration, a provisional registration number and password will be displayed on the screen. Candidates must note down the registration number and password for future reference.
Filling up of details in ESIC 2019 form: In this step, candidates need to fill all the educational details, personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, father’s name, address, category name and code, any one exam centre and other required details.
Uploading of scanned images: After filling all the required details, candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph, signature, thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the provided space in the application form and as per the specifications mentioned in the notification. Without uploading photograph and signature, candidates will not be able to submit the ESIC 2019 application form.
Size of the photograph should be 20 kb to 50 kb

Final submission of ESIC application form: After completing all the details, candidates must go through the application form of ESIC 2019 to ensure that there is no mistake. After the preview, click on the final submission. After final submission, no changes in the application form can be made.
The exam centres of ESIC are the venues where the online exam will be conducted. The information about the name and address of the exam centre of ESIC 2019 will be mentioned on the admit card ESIC. Candidates must note that exam centres once allotted will not be changed and the exam conducting body reserves the right to change/allot/cancel any of the exam centres of ESIC.

ESIC 2019 - Preliminary
As per the prelims exam pattern of ESIC 2019, the exam will have three sections carrying 100 questions for 100 marks. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark whereas for each wrong attempts, one-fourth of the marks will be deducted. The marks of prelims exam will not be considered for final result. The mains exam of ESIC will have four sections carrying 200 marks for 150 questions. Candidates will have to finish the paper within two hours and one-fourth of the marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. ESIC 2019 – Computer Skill Test and Descriptive Test
Phase III that is computer skill test and descriptive test will be conducted for 50 marks. Computer skill test is held to test candidate’s computer’s basic knowledge whereas in descriptive test, candidates will have to write one essay and one letter. Check the table below:

ESIC admit card 2019 is released separately for all the three phases of selection procedure -prelims, mains and computer skill test and descriptive test. ESIC admit card 2019 will be released ten days prior to the date of examination.
Candidates can download their admit card by entering their required credentials in the login window. ESIC admit card will have details related to exam centre address, name and roll number of the candidate, exam date and time, exam day instructions etc.
After downloading the admit card, candidates must check the details mentioned on it. In case of discrepancies, they must contact the officials.
Along with the ESIC admit card 2019, candidates will have to carry any one of the identity proof (Passport, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card) to the exam centre.
ESIC selection procedure consists of three phases - Prelims, Mains and Computer Skill Test & Descriptive Test. The candidates must qualify in each stage of ESIC selection procedure to be eligible for the post of Social Security Officer (SSO)/Manager Gr-II/Superintendent post.
