Earlier, UPSC released the CDS II 2021 result for Officers Training Academy (OTA) in online mode on the official website on March 21, 2022, and CDS II 2021 result was released on December 22, 2021, which contains the roll numbers and names of all qualified candidates in the CDS exam.

How to check CDS result 2022?
UPSC will release the CDS 1 2022 result in online mode in PDF format. Candidates should follow the below-mentioned steps to check the result after the official declaration.
Step 1: Visit the official website - upsc.gov.in
Step 2: Go to the “Examination” tab.
Step 3: Click on “Active Examinations” from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Click on “Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2022”.
Step 5: Click on download Combined Defence Services (I) result in 2022.
Step 6: A PDF with the Roll Number of selected candidates will appear on the screen. Press “Ctrl + F” and type your Roll Number. If it is there in the list, you have qualified in the CDS (I) 2022 Written Exam and are eligible to appear for the next round.

CDS Result 2022: Score calculation process
UPSC calculates the score by following the process mentioned below-
- UPSC will calculate the scores of candidates as per the following process -
- For each correct answer, candidates will be given one mark.
- For each incorrect response, 1/3 marks will be deducted as negative marking.
- In case candidates mark more than one option then this will be treated as a wrong answer and negative marks will be given.
- The total score of the CDS result will be calculated on the basis of candidates' correct and incorrect responses.

CDS Marksheet 2022
UPSC will release the CDS mark sheet, which will consist of the marks obtained by qualified candidates along with the candidate’s roll number, name, date of birth, total marks obtained in written exam & SSB Interview and final total marks.
What after the final declaration of CDS result 2022?
Candidates who qualify in the written exam of CDS 2022 will be eligible to appear for the final round, which is the SSB interview and Intelligence and Personality Test. The SSB call letter will be sent to all candidates at their registered email ID, the admit card of SSB will have the reporting time and date along with the address of the SSB centre. All candidates are required to carry the following documents for the SSB interview in the original format:
SSB admit card
10th and 12th class mark sheet
Graduation and Post graduation (if mentioned in the registration form) degree and mark sheet)
NCC certificates (if required)
Identity proof - Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Pan Card

Yes of course you can apply for UPSC CDS exam being an arts graduate with any graduation degree you are eligible for cds and upsc exam but there some posts and departments that need only specialized stream graduate like in cds Navy only B.Tech graduates are eligible etc.

Since your query is regarding the age limit and your eligibility for the same, we need to look at the Age Criteria mentioned in the official criteria, that is -
Age Limit for Indian Military Academy\ Indian Navy Army\Officers’ Training Academy is - Male applicants must be unmarried and have a birthdate between January 1, 2004, and January 1, 1999, respectively.
Since your date of birth is 1/10/1998, you are unfortunately not eligible to appear for the CDS (OTA) 1 to be held in 2023 according to the guidelines.
