Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited CDS (I) 2015 Applications in an online mode for admissions to various courses including IMA Dehradun, INA Ezhimala, Air Force Academy Hyderabad and OTA Chennai. Candidates applying for these courses need to apply for CDS (I) 2015 through CDS (I) 2015 Online Applications between November 8, 2014 and December 12, 2014.
CDS (I) 2015 is scheduled to be held on February 15, 2015.

CDS (I) 2015 Application Form – Candidates applying for CDS (I) 2015 need to fill in the online application in two registration parts. While in Part I of registration, they need to fill in their essential details including name, father’s name, educational qualification, date of birth, etc, in the second part of registration, they have to upload their photograph and signature after depositing the application fee.
Candidates applying for CDS (I) 2015 Online Applications will be required to remit an application fee of Rs. 200 in an online mode via SBI Challan or SBI Net Banking or SBI Debit/Credit Card. However, the applicants who are female or belong to the reserved category (SC/ST/PwD) are exempted from the remittance of CDS (I) 2015 Online Application.

yes you may apply in cds if you become eligible in education and age criteria.
age limit is 24 or 25 years old according to post wise. you may apply in Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers' Training Academy (OTA - Men), Officers Training Academy (OTA - Women, Non-Technical).

cds exam happens twice a year. the following age criteria is applicable to appear in cds exam:
For Indian Military Academy (IMA), unmarried candidates born not before than January 2, 1997 and not later than January 1, 2002 can only apply.
For Indian Naval Academy (IMA), unmarried male candidates born not earlier than January 2, 1997 and not later than January 1, 2002 are eligible.
for Air Force Academy candidate should be between 20 to 24 years as on January 1, 2021 (born not earlier than January 2, 1997 and not later than January 1, 2001).
For Officers’ Training Academy (SSC Course for men), unmarried male candidates born not before than January 2, 1996 and not later than January 1, 2002 are eligible for the exam.
For Officers’ Training Academy (SSC Women Non-Technical Course), candidates should be unmarried and born not earlier than January 2, 1996 and not later than January 1, 2002.
so you are not eligible for any of the post as per age criteria.
I regret to inform you that with Biology in 10+2 you are not eligible for an officer which is a technical post.However, you can become a doctor in Armed force, for this you need to appear for NEET and get good rank.The admission done under AFMC.You can also pursue B.sc Nursing in military as you have studied Biology in 10+2.You can only become an officer(technical post) if you have studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 10+2.
