CDS Cut off 2019 - Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) releases CDS 2019 cut off for the written exam as well as for final selection. Candidates can check here the expected cut off of CDS 2019 examination for the exam held on September 8, 2019. The CDS Cut off 2019 is the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the examination authority that candidates need to secure to qualify the exam and become eligible for next round of selection process i.e. Services Selection Board (SSB). UPSC releases CDS 2019 cut off separately for Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, Officer’s Training Academy. As per the notification, candidates have to score minimum percentage in each subject in written exam to qualify CDS Cut off 2019 minimum cut off. As per previous year CDS cutoff analysis, candidates scoring a minimum of 20% in each subject has been declared qualified in the written exam and called for an SSB Interview of CDS exam.

The calculation marks for written exam of CDS 2 2019 Cut off for IMA, INA and IFA are done out of 300 while for OTA (Men & Women) it is calculated out of 200 marks. UPSC CDS 2019 cutoff is released first for CDS written exam followed by SSB Interview. CDS Cut off 2019 for final selection is prepared on the basis of the combined score of written exam and SSB Interview. Is there any negative marking in CDS 2 exam?

Yes, there is negative marking in CDS written exam. Each question of CDS exam carries 4 options out of which only 1 option is correct. Candidates who choose the wrong answer will be deducted 0.33 marks for each incorrect answer. However, if a question is left unanswered there will be no negative marking.

CDS Cut off 2019 for Written exam

The cut off score of CDS written exam is the qualifying marks secured by candidates to become eligible for Services Selection Board (SSB). CDS Cutoff 2019 for written test is the aggregate marks scored by last qualified candidates as per their category. What is SSB Interview in CDS?

Exam conducting authority recruits the candidates for CDS SSB interview stage On the basis of CDS cut off 2019 marks. SSB interview is two stage selection process. Stage 1 comprises Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and picture perception. Only those candidates who qualify at stage 1 will be admitted to the stage 2 whereas the remaining will have to return. Stage 2 comprises of Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference which is conducted for four days.

CDS Answer Key 2019

The answer key CDS written exam will be released after the final recruitment of the exam. Though some coaching institutes release the answer key after the exam. I want to apply for Air force Academy but they have mentioned that the candidate applying should not be late than 1st January 2000 and my DOB is 8th January 2000 . What should I do ?

You may apply for this post !! Kindly note that Air force Academy mentioned that the candidate Date of birth should not be prior to 1.1.2000. Since you have born on 08.01.2000, after the specified date, you may proceed for application. If any age issue is there, you won't be able to submit application. If your able to submit the application successfully, you can assure that you are with the age limt. Star preparing for exams. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.

can i join cds after lasik laser eye treatment ?

Hello,

If you have undergone a L.A.S.I.K treatment 1 year before medical examination before the age of 20. You can get a post in a technical field like Aeronautical engineer, Basic air staff, ground duty officers, an officer in medical IAF and also in IAF- pilot flying aircraft and helicopters. Your eye axial length must be less than 25.5 mm and your residual corneal thickness should be more than 450 microns.

I had got 53 %in 12 class .can I give paper of CDS

Hello,

The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing the paper of CDS exam 2020 as per the rules of UPSC are that-

1. The person should have age ranging from 19 to 24 years

2. The person must be a citizen of India

3. The person must have completed his graduation.

So, the percentage of 12th doesn't matters. The only thing is that you should satisfy the above minimum requirements.

can diploma holder apply for this !?

You can't appear for CDS Examination until you have a graduate degree from a recognized university. Being a diploma holder, you are unable to apply for CDS. You must be a graduate first. However, final year graduation students can apply. Beside this, there are other criteria also like applicants age should be within 20-24 years.
