UPSC CAPF Result 2020 for Written Exam

UPSC will release the CAPF 2020 result for the written exam first. Candidates who have scored the minimum qualifying marks also known as the cut off marks will be shortlisted for the next stage, which is the PST/PET and medical examination. The written exam of UPSC CAPF 2020 will consist of two papers – Paper 1 (General Ability and Intelligence test) carrying 250 marks while Paper 2 (General Studies, Essay and Comprehension) consisting of 200 Marks in total.


In the second phase, UPSC will release the result of CAPF 2020 PST/PET and medical examination. The Physical Standards Test will undergo in front of a Nodal Authority which will be appointed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). Candidates qualifying this stage will be eligible to appear for the final round, the Interview/Personality test.

UPSC CAPF Final Selection/Merit 2020

UPSC will prepare the merit list on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the written examination as well as the Interview/Personality Test. The second stage - PST/PET and medical examination will be qualifying in nature.

UPSC CAPF Selection Process 2020

The selection process of UPSC CAPF consist of 3 stages. The First stage is a written exam which has two papers, candidates qualifying stage 1 will be eligible to appear for PST/PET and Medical Standards Tests (MST). Candidates qualifying both the stages will be called for the interview round which is also the final round of the UPSC CAPF 2020 selection process. UPSC CAPF Merit List 2020

UPSC will release the merit list of the CAPF after the recruitment process is over.
