AFCAT Syllabus 2020 - Indian Air Force (IAF) prescribes the syllabus of AFCAT 2020 along with the notification. AFCAT 2020 syllabus contains all the important topics and chapters from where the questions are asked in the exam. IAF doesn't release AFCAT question papers anymore, however, candidates can practice using the previous years’ question papers which is available for both AFCAT written exam as well as EKT. The Age eligibility criteria for AFCAT 2020 it that the candidates applying for Flying branch must age between 20 and 24 years while those applying for Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branch must age between 20 to 26 years of age. To be eligible you must fulfill the following:
- An Indian Citizen,
- Age Limit: 1. Flying Branch : 20-24 Years, Candidates having Commercial Pilot Licence is relaxed to 20-26 Years.
2. Ground Duty(Technical and Non Technical ): 20-26 Years
- Candidates below 25 years of age must be unmarried at the time of commencement of course.
- Widows/Widowers and divorcees below 25 years of age are also not eligible.
- Candidates who marry to the date of his application though successful at SSB or medical will not be eligible for training.
- Those who marry during the period of training will be discharged and will be liable to refund all expenditure incurred on him by the government.
- Married candidates above 25 years are eligible to apply but during their training period, they will neither be provided married accommodation nor can they live with family.
Minimum of 60% in Maths and Physics at Class 12 and
Graduation in any discipline with 60% or equivalent.
- Ground Duty ( Technical Branch ): Passed Class 10+2 with 60% marks each in Physics and Mathematics and four years degree Engineering/ Technology
- Ground Duty ( Non Technical Branch): Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60%

yes you are eligible for afcat examination . for eligible in afcat examination you should qualify its educational and age criteria , that all. if you qualify this then you are eligible . you should have a ug degree and you should be of age 21 years .

Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) eligibility criteria is,
since you have completed graduation course in b.sc you are eligible to apply for flying branch and ground duty non technical branches. but the eligibility is, candidates must secure 60% marks in graduation course, since your marks in graduation is below 60% you are not eligible to apply.

As you are in your final year of your graduation you are still an appearing candidate. You need to enter the percentage which you have obtained upto the last semester or year for which the results are declared. If you have semesters then you can enter the percentage which you have obtained uptill 5th semester if the results were declared if not enter the percentage which you have obtained uptill 4th semester. If there are no semesters then enter the percentage which you have obtained uptill 2nd year.
